72 Hours on the Frozen Shores of Lake Michigan

Nordhouse Dunes Wilderness Area is a a Federally designated wilderness in Michigan’s lower peninsula and encompasses 3,450 acres of National Forest. Located between Ludington and Manistee, it is a great place to experience many of the wonderful natural characteristics of Western Michigan.
